Poonawalla Fincorp allotted Rs 1.75 billion in NCDs, set to list on BSE As on : 16-Sep-26  12:25

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced the allotment of Rs 100,00,00,000 through PFL NCD Series E1 FY 2026 -27 Re -Issuance I (INE511C07AD5) and Rs 750,00,00,000 through PFL NCD Series F1 FY 2026 -27, as authorized by its finance committee on September 16, 2026. The company received a total consideration of Rs 100,40,28,300 including accrued interest and discount, and the debentures will be listed on the Debt Market Segment of the BSE Limited.
